Test run

We decided to gear up for some Halloween fun and try on some costumes around here. I had gotten the Sunflower costume from the Children's Place from an online friend for Alena before Alena even arrived home. Sadly, it's a bit too tight, but she loved it! She paraded around the house bobbing her big sunflower head side to side and laughing!
Nannie has come to the rescue and purchased the Baby Chick costume for her instead, so stayed tuned for those pics around Halloween!
Sophia is loving third grade and has been busy campaigning for Student Government. (She is sooo like her father!!!)
The girls are really doing great and we are just keeping busy with school, Sophie's tennis lessons and Alena just being Alena!! She is a very sweet and extremely smart baby. She observes everything and soaks it all in.
Friday she had helped herself to a bag of potato chips. I told her to put them back and a few seconds later found her sitting on the hallway floor, having herself a little party with the big bag of chips! We were getting ready to run errands for the PTO, so I told her "Time to go bye-bye." I come into the kitchen and she has a baggie and is loading it with chips for the road!! I cracked up. (She is so like her momma!!)
Love to all,
Jenni

Alena cracks me up. I can just see her loading up her baggie and giving you her little grin.

Good luck, Sophia!

The pictures are great, as always. Good luck to Sophia (I'd vote for you!) :-)
And the chip thing is hilarious! What a smarty-pants!

Happy to see the girls are doing good.

I am cheering for you Sophia.

Alena is to funny. LilyRose would lick the empty bag of chips if we let her.
