Things are moving along with the house! The foundation is done, lumber was delivered today to start framing, the roofer is lined up for next week and they're doing a nice job clearing around the house.
There are lots of cedar trees on the property, so we asked that they leave as many as possible, undisturbed.
Sophia was out of school all last week with a pretty bad case of strep, but is back to her old self. Alena is doing just fine. She has moved up to #1 on the preschool waiting list, so we have our fingers crossed!
Denise and I held a nice Longaberger Open House on Saturday. Definitely increase my itch to take a road trip to Ohio. :-/

Yea! How exciting to see some action on the house, eh? I can't wait to watch as it gets built.
Glad Sophia is feeling better. I had the flu earlier this week and can sympathize.
